VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Images are captured for the purpose of protecting the security of people, property and facilities.
Users are informed by means of a video surveillance notice placed in a clearly visible location before entering the area monitored by the camera, indicating that the premises are under video surveillance.
No data disclosures are envisaged, except to law enforcement authorities, and no international transfers of data will be carried out.
Images will be retained for a maximum period of 30 days from the date they are captured. Once this period has elapsed, the images must be deleted in accordance with applicable legislation, which provides that: “deletion shall result in the blocking of the data, which shall be retained solely at the disposal of Public Administrations, Judges and Courts for the purpose of addressing any liabilities arising from the processing during the applicable limitation period.
